By engaging with Masti in Delhi ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All services are for companionship only. Sexual services are not offered or implied.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and of sound mind to use our services. By booking, you confirm:

• You are not a law enforcement officer

• You consent to mutual respect and discretion

2. Nature of Service

• Not paid for

3. Booking Policy

All bookings require:

• Full name
• Valid phone number
• Location (hotel name/room number)
• Date & time

50% deposit required for overnight/weekend bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before
• No refund after companion arrives
• Rescheduling allowed once (24 hrs notice)

5. Safety & Verification

All companions undergo:

• ID verification
• Monthly health screening
• Background checks
• GPS tracking during outcalls

Clients may be asked for ID verification for security.

6. Discretion & Privacy

We guarantee 100% discretion:

• Encrypted communication
• Anonymous payments
• No digital records
• Incognito arrivals

You agree not to record, photograph, or share any details.

7. Payment Terms

Accepted methods:

• Cash (INR)
• UPI
• Bank Transfer
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT)

No credit cards. No refunds post-service.

8. Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat companions with respect
• Follow hotel rules
• Not be under influence of drugs
• Not request illegal activities

Violations result in immediate termination and blacklist.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal belongings
• Hotel charges
• Third-party actions

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in Delhi courts.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
